Jian Geyang brings a background deeply rooted in classical educational, philosophical, and artistic traditions. Growing up in Chengdu, she was immersed from an early age in Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism, and the Hundred Schools of Thought, which continue to inform her teaching today. Her educational work integrates classical philosophy, practices of self-cultivation, holistic living, and contemporary life sciences, offering an experiential approach to learning that connects theory with lived understanding. As an author and educator, she works primarily through teaching and dialogue, supporting cross-cultural understanding between Eastern and Western perspectives.

Mark-Marian Siegert is a German entrepreneur specializing in family heritage, cultural traditions, and life sciences. At IAK Academy, he lectures on German family education, intergenerational responsibility, and intercultural dialogue, offering a Western perspective that complements Eastern philosophy. Coming from a German family energy business active for over 120 years, he brings a personal connection to legacy, sustainability, and innovation.

Mario Domig is a certified breathwork practitioner, recognised by both EMR and GPBA. He also serves as the Executive Director of the International Breathwork Foundation (IBF), a global non-profit organisation with UN ECOSOC consultative status at the United Nations.
For over 30 years, Mario has been guiding individuals on their journey of self-discovery and personal growth through the practice of breathwork therapy. He is particularly dedicated to promoting confidence and inner peace within an atmosphere of compassion and appreciation.
His breathwork sessions for individual clients are typically reimbursed by most Swiss supplementary health insurance providers. His professional practice is based in Rorschacherberg, Switzerland.

Jingyu Dietz was born and raised in Beijing in an academic and medical family. Shaped by her mother’s guidance in health and her father’s international students, she developed an early awareness of well-being and cultural openness. After studies and professional work in the United States, and now living in Germany with her family, she embraces diverse cultural experiences as a source of creativity and dialogue. With professional experience in sales, event planning, HR, and media, as well as extensive volunteer service, she is committed to IAK’s mission of “Connecting Minds – Enabling Greatness.”

A Chinese entrepreneur fluent in English and German, she is the founder of a well-known bubble tea brand in Germany. Since 2012, she has transformed from a full-time mother into a business leader, building a tea culture that combines quality, creativity, and the warmth of home. Her journey reflects resilience, cultural exchange, and the belief that it is never too late to pursue new dreams.

With over 15 years of professional experience in accounting, she brings precision and composure to her musical journey. Trained in the Guangling School tradition of the Guqin, she excels in its distinctive style, celebrated for its vibrant, dynamic, and dramatically expressive rhythms.
