We are pleased to announce that Mrs. Jian Geyang, President of the Interessensgemeinschaft Asiatische Kultur e.V. (IAK), hosted a charity lecture for the HealthiHer Alliance in Shanghai at the Biyun Art Museum in Pudong on April 18, 2024.

The special charity lecture focused on healthy breathing and emotional management for women over 40. As President of IAK, Mrs. Jian Geyang has been committed to promoting cross-cultural exchanges, understanding, and supporting various charitable causes. Her lecture aimed to help women better understand and manage their physical and mental health, leading to a healthier and more balanced life.

IAK is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting cultural exchanges between Switzerland and Asia. Through various activities and projects, IAK promotes the development of cross-cultural exchanges, education, arts, and charitable causes. Mrs. Jian Geyang, as the President of the organization, leads the team in ongoing efforts to make greater contributions to society.

During the lecture, Mrs. Jian Geyang introduced and led the audience through her unique breathing techniques, including the "Eight Pieces of Brocade" and the "Nine Section Brocade." These methods, cultivated over years of practice and teaching, aim to promote physical vitality and emotional balance.
